Metro Rocks Contest Rules and Disclaimer:

Metro Toyota and Scion reserve the right to disqualify any submission for any reason. Promotion can be discontinued at any time. Bands (or their Fans) may only submit one video entry per month (or contest interval). Bands are permitted a new entry each month (or contest interval) as long as the video entered is a different song. All entries must be original music and lyrics, no covers are permitted. Metro Toyota is not responsible or liable for any copyright, intellectual property or media/music license violation that may arise from the submissions made on this contest. Submitters must become a fan of Metro Toyota on Facebook for the entry to be valid.

The winner will be determined by the most votes (Facebook Likes), or at Metro’s discretion, within the month or voting interval. A band or the members of a band can only win a monthly Metro Rocks contest once. By submitting an entry, you give Metro Toyota the right to use your video submission or audio works in advertising, media or on a website. All video production, advertising, licensing for use, creative product and the collateral associated with Metro Rocks is the property of Metro Toyota. Content owners who wish to remove their submission, or a submission made by a member of the public, can contact us and we will gladly comply.
